Cyndi Beaulieu has been an active member of the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board since 1995. She is married with one child, and resides with her family in Ladysmith.

Previous experience in on-air radio, heavy-duty construction, accounting, and marketing have all contributed to her understanding of clients needs, and what is required to market a property successfully.

Her knowledge of the building industry, and an awareness of current trends, and personal experience building four homes in Ladysmith, have been a tremendous advantage to Cyndi's clients. She has been able to provide them with practical knowledge and guide them through the building process.

According to Cyndi, the secret to success for today's real estate agent is good old fashioned service - putting the customer first!

Cyndi is a director of the local Chamber of Commerce. She is also a proud supporter of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, providing a safe place for women and children escaping domestic violence.
