Cyndi Beaulieu has been an active member of the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board since 1995. She is married with one child, and resides with her family in Ladysmith.

Previous experience in on-air radio, heavy-duty construction, accounting, and marketing have all contributed to her understanding of clients needs, and what is required to market a property successfully.

Her husband, Robert, is a local builder. Together they have built several quality, custom homes in the community. Her knowledge of the building industry, and an awareness of current trends, have been a tremendous advantage to Cyndi's clients. She has been able to provide them with practical knowledge and guide them through the building process.

According to Cyndi, the secret to success for today's real estate agent is good old fashioned service - putting the customer first!

"I never pressure my clients, whether buying or selling. I have worked with some folks as long as two years, waiting for the perfect property to come along, and when it did, they bought it and loved it!"

My greatest satisfaction  is hearing that I have been referred to someone by a client. That tells me I am doing my job right!! And it motivates me to work even harder for my customers."

Cyndi is an active member of the local Chamber of Commerce and sits on the Advisory Planning Commission for the Town of Ladysmith.
